2000-2004: Contracted provision of Elm Leaf Beetle Management Services to local government areas in Victoria, Australia.
2003-2004: Contracted provision of consultation and arboricultural monitoring of beach-front commercial development sites, for the Surfcoast Shire Council.
1998-2000: Prior to the establishment of Tree Strategies, Kevin Flynn was employed as the Arboricultural Officer for the City of Melbourne, state capital of Victoria, Australia. Within this position he led the development and implementation of city-wide arboricultural planning.
